A personalised evidence based care plan will be provided throughout your consultations including and referrals necessary in working alongside any existing healthcare professionals you may already have as apart of your care.

In my holistic lactation care my goal is provide the guidance and reassurance to help parents meet their personal feeding goals.

This appointment is designed for pregnant women who want to get ahead of their feeding journey before it begins.

Together we will discuss your pregnancy history, your feeding goals and provide you with the knowledge and confidence to help navigate the early days once baby arrives.

6o Minutes — $150

Initial session combines a comprehensive assessment with your LLLT treatment, if your experiencing nipple damage, breast inflammation, blocked ducts or early mastitis that isn’t resolving.

Low level laser therapy may be helpful for nipple trauma, persistent nipple pain, engorgement, blocked ducts, early mastitis and delayed healing despite latch correction, this appointment is the perfect start.

Low level laser therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to reduce inflammation, promote tissue healing and relieve pain.

What’s included in your session; a thorough assessment of the affected area, review of feeding and contributing factors, your first laser treatment, a personalised recovery plan and education around breast care and self management including lymphatic tissue massage.

This appointment is for existing clients continuing with their LLLT plan.

What’s included is a review from your previous therapy sessions, discussion of progress as per your care plan and or ongoing symptoms and adjusted tailored plan if needed for ongoing sessions.
